TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 252(4) of the above Act, a local public inquiry will be held at the Aylesbury Civic Centre, Market Square, Aylesbury HP20 1US, starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 18th March 1998, in connection with the proposal by the Secretary of State for Transport to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act, to authorise the stopping-up of highway land at the former Antiference Site, Bicester Road, Aylesbury, in the county of Buckinghamshire, and the objections which have been received by him to that proposal.   The effect of the Order under section 247 would be to enable development consisting of the erection of motor garage and car showroom at the former Antiference site, Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted by Aylesbury Vale District Council under part III of the said Act to Bisset Adams.   The Secretary of State has appointed A.
