ASHDOWN TIMBER PRODUCTS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above Company, duly convened, and held at The Ashdown Forest Golf Hotel, on 14th January 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company, that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Charles Armstrong, of Turpin Barker & Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company.
