Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Company shall be held at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on 13th February 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m., for the following purposes: to receive an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator, and of the conduct of the winding-up of the Company, during the first year of the winding-up; to have laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged with the Liquidator at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, no later than 12 noon on 12th February 1998. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person or persons as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member of the Company.
