Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 27th February 1998, at the offices of Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, at 10.20 a.m. and 10.25 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or a Creditor of the Company. C.
