Notice is hereby given, pursuant ot section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Neville Russell, Akrill House, Clasketgate, Lincoln LN2 1JN, on 20th February 1998, at 10 a.m., followed at 10.15 a.m., by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given to them by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at Neville Russell, Aquis House, Clasketgate, Lincoln LN2 1JN, no later than noon on the business day before the day of the Meeting. D. E.
