Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that The Shuttleworth Trust, of Old Warden Park, Biggleswade, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/19/S/409 to abstract water from a ditch at National Grid Reference TL 183 437, Southill, Bedfordshire.   The variation being applied for is to include land at Gypsey Lane, Southill, within the licensed area.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at The Farm Office, Old Warden Park, between 3rd February and 3rd March 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
