At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4 Peddlar’s Walk, Ringwood, Hampshire, on 2nd January 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Thompson Dixon Clegg, of Manx, Broadmead, Sway, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 6DH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” E.
