Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH, on 24th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before it accounts showing how the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted, and the Companies’ property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies.
