At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Geoffrey Pollard & Co., 5 Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL, on Tuesday, 20th January 1998, at 10.30 a.m., the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Geoffrey Pollard, of Geoffrey Pollard & Co., 5 Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be authorised to distribute assets to Members either in specie or by any other means after taking into consideration all costs of the voluntary Liquidation.” H.
