At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2UH, on 16th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Timothy Alexander Close, of Milsted Langdon, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton TA1 2UH, is hereby appointed as its Liquidator.” S.
