At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Lithgow Nelson & Co., 399 Lord Street, Southport PR9 0AS, on Monday, 19th January 1998, the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Ian Williamson, of Campbell Crossley and Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool FY4 1DW, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” A.
