Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at PO Box 55, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on Friday, 17th April 1998, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator. Notice of this Meeting is purely formal and it is summoned in compliance with the said section of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. M.
