Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Central Buildings, Richmond Terrace, Blackburn BB1 7AP, on 23rd February 1998, at 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in the said Act. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Central Buildings, Richmond Terrace, Blackburn BB1 7AP, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings. J. S.
