No. 6592 of 1997In the Matter of SHAHIN MIAH AND NORUL HAQUE (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business is Balti Tandoori Takeaway, 17 Station Road, Dinas Powys, Vale of Glamorgan CF64 4DE, presented on 29th December 1997 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Cardiff VAT Office, Asu Ty Rhodfa Government Buildings, Ty Glas Llanishen, Cardiff, South Glamorgan, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th February 1998, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 3rd February 1998.
