Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2BN, on 2nd March 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, of receiving any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the above Act.
