At an Extraordinary General Meeting of European Arab Finance Limited, held at 27 Poultry, London EC2P 2BX, on 12th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Colin Grahan Bird and Anthony Victor Lomas, of Price Waterhouse, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, be appointed Liquidators of the Company, and that any Act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator or the Liquidators and any other act which a Liquidator or the Liquidators is or are entitled to do may be done by either of them individually and that this authority applies to the persons holding office from time to time as Liquidators of the Company, pursuant to this Resolution.” Chairman
