In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985 the Solicitor for the affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of 22 Sticklepath Hill Management Company Limited (No. 2467940) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises situated at Flats 1, 2 and 3, 22 Sticklepath Hill, Barnstaple, Devon, as the same is registered at Plymouth District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number DN279597 the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 30th July 1997.
