Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, on 20th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings an account of the winding-up. A form of proxy for use at the Meeting, if desired, is enclosed herewith and should be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young, Southgate House, Wood Street, Cardiff, not later than noon of the business day before the Meeting.
