LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Wallwork & Company, 61-63 St. Thomas’s Road, Chorley, on 3rd February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, i.e. to consider the Directors’ Statement of Affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a completed proof of debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed proxy form), at the offices of Wallwork & Co., 14-16 St. Thomas’s Road, Chorley, no later than 12 noon on 2nd February 1998.
