Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Companies will be held at the offices of Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, on Tuesday, 17th February 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.20 a.m. by Meetings of the Creditors, for the purpose of having laid before the Meetings an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator in the conduct of the winding-up of the respective Companies in the preceding year, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Companies. Proxies for use at the Meetings should be lodged at Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
