A Final Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Trustee under section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purposes of the Meeting are to receive a report by the Trustee of his administration of the Bankrupt’s Estate and to determine whether the Trustee should receive his release under section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Rogers Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, on 25th February 1998, at 11.30 a.m. A proxy form is enclosed which must be lodged with me not later than 24th February 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one. (The Trustee gives notice as required by Rule 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that there will be no further dividend paid to the Creditors of the Bankrupt and that the funds realised have been used to pay the expenses of the Bankruptcy and have been distributed to Creditors).
