Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of T. J. Bramston, 12 High Street, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 3EJ, on Thursday, 5th March 1998, at 10.45 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any person entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 12 High Street, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 3EJ, no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 4th March 1998. T. J.
