Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Neville Russell, Airedale House, 77 Albion Street, Leeds LS1 5HT, on 19th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the matter in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of and to agree the Liquidator’s remuneration. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a Member. P. Charlton, Liquidator 21st January 1998.
