Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Benedict McQueen, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 4th March 1998, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how each winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meetings of Members will be held respectively at 10 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m., and the corresponding Meetings of Creditors at 10.15 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 11.15 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
