Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Coopers & Lybrand, 1 East Parade, Sheffield S1 2ET, on 27th February 1998, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before them by theLiquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and providing for the release of the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies should be fully completed and lodged at the above address not later than 4 p.m. on the day prior to the Meeting. E.
