Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Shelley Simmons Pinnick & Co., 66-68 Margaret Street, London W1N 8PX, on Thursday, 12th March 1998, at 11 a.m. to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
