Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, on 27th February 1998, at 10.50 a.m. and 10.55. a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor is entitled to vote at the Meetings and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. C.
