At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Grant Thornton, 30 Hounds Gate, Nottingham NG1 7DH, on 14th January 1998, at 11 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald Stanley Harding, of Grant Thornton, 30 Hounds Gate, Nottingham, be Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” Q.
