A Meeting of Creditors of the above Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1996 and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
