A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt has been summoned by the Trustee, under section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of approving the receipts and payment account and to confirm that this account has been reconciled with that held by the Secretary of State, if applicable, for approving her release under Regulation 6.135, and for the proposal to approve the destruction of the Bankrupt’s books and records 6 months from the date of the Meeting.
