Notice of Approval of a Transfer of Business

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the requirements of Schedule 2C of the above Act, that the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has approved a transfer of certain general insurance business from Consolidated Marine & General Insurance Company Limited to Financial Insurance Company Limited. Notice of the proposed transfer was published in the London Gazette on 1st October 1997. HM Treasury 6th January 1998.
