Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kidsons Impey, 27 Osborne Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN31 1NU, on Thursday, 26th February 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
