Notice of application for consent under Schedule 10

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.   Application reference 400505 by The Watercress Co. Ltd., to discharge 6,500 cubic metres per day of watercress bed effluent from the reinstated Watercress Beds “G” at Ilsington Farm, Puddletown, Dorchester, Dorset, to a channel of the River Frome in the Middle Frome Catchment at National Grid Reference SY 7560 9162.   Copies of this application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Agency’s Offices at Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset.   Any person who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to The Environment Planning Manager, Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8ST, quoting the above reference not later than 6 weeks from the date of this advertisement.
