At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, on 22nd January 1998, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed:   “That is has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that Stewart Trevor Bennett, of Berg Kaprow Lewis, of 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW, be and he is hereby nominated Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
