Resolutions for Winding-up
WORCESTER LABOUR CLUB & INSTITUTE LIMITED
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Society, duly convened, and held at Virginia House, The Butts, Worcester WR1 3PA, on 14th January 1998, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Society cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Society be wound up voluntarily, and that N. F. Hickling, of Smith & Williamson, Virginia House, The Butts, Worcester WR1 3PA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 22nd January 1998, at Virginia House, The Butts, Worcester WR1 3PA, the appointment of N. F. Hickling was confirmed by the Creditors. M. Russell, Chairman
