Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Radfords, 12 Portland Street, Southampton, on 5th February 1998, at 12 noon, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. In accordance with the provisions of section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Michael Gordon Victor Radford, of Radfords, 12 Portland Street, Southampton SO14 7EB, being a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, will furnish Creditors with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
