At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, on 23rd January 1998, the following subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joseph Weston, of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
