Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between Robert Head, Eric Fincham and John Bryan Fincham carrying on business known as SUTTON UPHOLSTERY with effect from 30th December 1997, is resolved so far as concerns Robert Head who retired from the firm at that date and all debts to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the continuing partners Eric Fincham and John Bryan Fincham, who will continue to carry on the business in partnership.
