Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Malcolm John Brown, Penelope Anne Brown and Judith Hayes, carrying on business as Manufacturers and Suppliers of G.R.P. Swimming Pool Products under the style or firm name of COUNTRY LEISURE, has been dissolved as from 30th September 1997, so far as concerns Judith Hayes, who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Malcolm John Brown and Penelope Anne Brown, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Country Leisure.
