  Unemployed, of 23 Melton Road, Wellingborough, Northampstonshire NN8 1PU, lately residing at and trading as a Building Contractor from 46 Main Street, Little Harrowden, Northamptonshire, and previously residing at 51 Masefield Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire. As it is my intention to declare an interim dividend within a period of 4 months from 24th February 1998, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Estate in Bankruptcy, are required on or before 24th February 1998, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me the undersigned, Donald Phillip Gendall, of Sterling Ford, Cambridge House, 6-10 Cambridge Terrace, Regents Park, London NW1 4JW, the Trustee of the said estate and, if so required by notice in writing from me, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and places as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
