At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Brook House, 77 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2EE, on Monday, 19th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Guy Huntington of Huntington Moore, No. 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
