The Islington (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 6) Traffic Management Order 1998 Relating to Brandon Road, Brewery Road, Caledonian Road, Copenhagen Street, Edward Square, Mackenzie Road, Market Road, Offord Road, Richmond Avenue, Westbourne Road and York Way

Notice is hereby given that the Islington Borough Council is proposing to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.   2. The general effect of the Order would be to amend the existing and/or introduce additional Waiting and Loading Restrictions in certain parts of the above-named streets.   3. A copy of the proposed Order, of plans indicating details of the measures referred to in paragraph 2 above, and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Legal Department, Town Hall, Upper Street, Islington, London N1 2UD, please ask for Ref. LE/C/HGF.   4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Hugh Forde on 0171-477 3301.   5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Head of Law and Solicitor to the Council, Legal Department, Town Hall, Upper Street, London N1 2UD, quoting reference LE/C/HGF, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
