TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act, which will authorise the stopping-up of an area of highway land at 53 Trinity Close, Banbury, in the county of Oxfordshire. If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Mr. P. Meadows, on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Shirley, by Cherwell District Council, on 24th October 1997, under Ref. 97/01184/F. Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the 28 days commencing on 29th January 1988, at the offices of Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX15 4AA, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Government Office for the South East, Head of Transport West (quoting Ref. GOSE/029/ 001/OXON/011) at the address below. During the above-mentioned period of 28 days anyone may object to the making of the Order by writing to the Secretary of State, quoting Ref. GOSE/029/001/OXON/011), and addressing their objection to the Head of Transport West, Government Office for the South East, Bridge House, 1 Walnut Tree Close, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4GA. In the preparation of an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection may be communicated to the applicant and other people who may be affected by it.
