Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Dallas Nicoll & Company, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley PA1 3QS, on 5th March 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote for him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. P.
