The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 879 of The London Gazette dated 23rd January 1998

EMERALD CHEMICALS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that Donald Phillip Gendall of Clarks Chartered Accountants, Cippenham Court, Cippenham Lane, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5AT was appointed Liquidator of the said Company, on 15th January 1998. Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up are required, on or before 27th February 1998, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Donald Phillip Gendall of Clarks Chartered Accountants, PO Box 150, Cippenham Court, Cippenham Lane, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5AT, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. 20th January 1998.
