Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual and Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Norwich House, 1-2 Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales NP9 4PG, on 13th February 1998, at 1.45 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
