At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 23rd January 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John W. Davies, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF1 9HB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D. P. Jones, Chairman
