Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at One Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2DB, on 27th February 1998, at 11 a.m., to have an account laid before it, showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
