LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS

The Tower Hamlets (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No.) Order 199  

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets propose to make the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.   The general effect of the Order would be to:   (a) change the hours of operation of waiting restrictions in Garford Street (the north side) and Peary Place so they apply at any time.   (b) introduce waiting restrictions between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays in Friars Mead, Hutching Street, Isambard Mews and St. James Mews.   (c) provide a solo motor cycle bay in Derbyshire Street.   The usual exemptions relating to waiting and loading restrictions would apply.   A copy of the proposed Order and all relevant documents can be inspected, at the Parking Control Offices, Southern Grove Lodge, Southern Grove, London E3 4PN, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.   Further information may be obtained from the above address (0171 364 6651) and any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds, quoting the reference LBTH/MA4 to the Parking Manager at the above address within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
