Notice of Deposit of Proposals for the Replacement of a Structure Plan
Norfolk Structure Plan 1993

Notice is hereby given that Norfolk County Council have prepared proposals for the replacement of the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for Norfolk. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.
  Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection during normal office hours (except where stated), free of charge, at:

  Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals should be sent, in writing on the form provided, to The Director of Planning and Transportation, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 2SG, before 4 p.m. on Monday, 16th March 1998.
  Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.
  Only those objections made in writing which arrive at the address above within the 6 week period ending on 16th March 1998, will have a right to have their objections considered.
  If no objections are received during the period given for making objections Norfolk County Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of the period.
